Is the middle of your head, your crown area suddenly breaking off?

Wet with a little oil and roll gentle between you finger and thumb. Your Locs become pliable in water. Do it over a period of days. Be Gentle so you don't over flatten or contract. Focus on the knot.

Don't do . It destroys each loc's scaffolding. You will loose locs.

Basically if your edges are breaking off. Your front is incompatible with your retightenings. Lack of water exacerbates edge breakage.

It would not be wise to cut off your hair because it is doing something very natural - GROWING.

A Re-growth Locs Care Management Tip - Try to wet your hair daily in the shower, massage oil into your locks, all the way through.

Patiently separate, growth/hair. Your hair needs to be soften to gradual separate. Be Gentle.

Once you free 1 lock twirl loose and regrowth together or braid in the loose growth into your growth beneath each lock.

Be patient with your African Textured hair because, those strands are serving you. They are doing everything right.

They are growing.

Putting all of your regrowth away would be sad, there is something very special about regrowth and locks combined.
